EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

All products sold on U fashion are 100% genuine. We understand how much you value your every purchase. We are committed to making your shopping experience a delightful one.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

The customers can exchange their merchandise keeping the following points in mind:

1. The customer will need to produce original bill of purchase and the tag (with the bar code sticker) of the outfit to facilitate the process of exchange

2. The merchandise must be exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase. , and products purchased outside India can be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery.

3. All ‘U fashion’ merchandise carry washing instructions in a tag attached to the outfit at time of purchase. If the same are not followed and the merchandise develops a problem after the first wash, it does not qualify for exchange at ‘U fashion’.

4. Merchandise which develops issues after the first dry clean wash will be exchanged only on product of the dry cleaner bill and original purchase invoice.

5. Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item Merchandise with stains / body odours / perfume scents / any kind of marks / damages (other than manufacturing defects) will not be accepted for exchange.

6. The customer can exchange only once. The exchanged merchandise cannot be exchanged again.

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) For all other returns, courier charges & Payment charges will be deducted from the actual amount paid.

We request you to securely pack the products (purchased on-line) you wish to exchange/return and send the package to the same address as on the invoice of the shipment that you received. Please mark clearly "ufashion.in Return" on the packaging.

Exchange/Return Intimation: You can Email Us at : exchange/return@ufashion.in within 3 days, stating the reason for returning the product. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

Guidelines for a valid return:

1. Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage cannot be accepted for return/ exchanges.

2. Product should be accompanied with the Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns / money back within the stipulated period. Tags should be retained

3. Once altered, the product is not eligible for returns/exchanges, including sleeve attachment.

OFFLINE STORES EXCHANGE POLICY:

REFUND POLICY

Your refund will be initiated by us within 3 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 5-10 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

MODE OF REFUND

For returned products (due to wrong sizes delivered or defective products), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through cheque.

In case of Returns due to reasons other than wrong sizes delivered or defective products, size replacement or Voucher (applicable on ufashion.in only) will be initiated after deducting courier charges (& Cash on Delivery charges, if any).
