Due to slow connectivity of Internet, failure in processing of the order due to any technical default, etc. there may be possibilities that the item selected and put in the cart is not available anymore as the same might have been sold to other customer. Such situation occurs in cases of shortage of products/ articles of a particular range/ quality/ price discount offered/ or high demand at that point of time.
U FASHION offers multiple payment options to Customers on the Website:
Online Payment: Customers can make online payments using his/her/ credit/debit card; and we as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
In the event the bank rejects to honor any payment transaction made by a Customer towards an order, U FASHION shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Customer without any liability whatsoever.
Cash on delivery: Our courier partner supports cash on delivery as a payment option at no additional charges. Customers can opt for this payment mode by selecting the ‘Cash on delivery’ option in the checkout page.
Unlike many other e- commerce websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, U FASHION has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.
Before placing an order, we always advise our customers to go through the description of the product thoroughly on the product page.
U FASHION offers to provide FREE shipping on every order more than Rs. 999/- for most of the locations within India. For orders "below or equal to Rs.999.00", shipping charge of Rs.100.00 will be charged. For certain inaccessible and / or locations requiring special arrangement to ship the products within India, the actual shipping charge by the courier company will be charged.
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.
We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
“After your product(s) has been successfully placed, booked and packaged, it will be shipped within 48 working hours by India Post. The expected time frame for the delivery of the booked products to the shipping address is between 4-8 business days.”
However, notwithstanding the foregoing during high volume orders i.e during the festive season and RDS (Red Dot Sale) the orders shall be delivered within 10- 12 working days.
Different products have different lead times for delivery depending upon the tie up of various manufacturers with various logistic companies.

“Depending on the product(s) you purchase on "www.ufadhion.in" and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
The lead time for shipping the product will be counted from the day the order will get processed. This is because, sometimes, our order processing team may need to make verification with the customer who has placed the order generally in case of COD orders. There is a chance that when our customer support team may call you, and you may not be available and our team drops an email to you. Till we receive a reply from you or till the verification is completed, a particular time has already passed. That time will not be counted under the lead time. Only when the order gets processed and the verification is completed, the lead time will be start.

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product and international shipping charges, unless specified otherwise in the Shipping Fees.
With respect to items sold on ufashion.in, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Cancellation & Return Policy
Any order cancellation request will be entertained only before dispatch of the order. Any return request will be entertained only within 10 days from the date of placing the order. No exchange/return request will be allowed after the 10 days period from order date.
*Note: However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time.
Usage of Promo Code by the Company
1. Promo Codes can be redeemed in online and offline modes both.
2. In case you have multiple Promo Codes, in such cases, only 1 (one) promo code can be redeemed per transaction.
3. Promo codes are redeemable on select merchandise, specific orders, or on specific dates and occasions only.
4. Promo codes cannot be used in combination or clubbed with already discounted merchandise, other coupons, promotions, shipping specials, special offers running or other promo codes.
5. Promo codes are strictly free promotional voucher with no monetary value. Promo codes which have a expiry date, cannot be used on the online or offline and will be denied automatically when tried feeding by customer FASHION reserves the right to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point of time.
6. Promo Code value applies only to the product price and does not apply to shipping charges, sales/ VAT taxes or fees.

9. Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by U FASHION.
10. Promo codes, U FASHION’S discretion are applicable on certain items, on specific orders, or on specific dates and occasions.
11. For offline payment mode the promo code will be accepted only within the date of expiry of the promo code.
12. For a payment received after the expiry of the promo code the discount will not be applicable on that order.
13. Promo codes once used cannot be refunded.
Any refunds due by U FASHION to the Customer shall be made in the following manners:
1. Credit card: The credit card account of the Customer will be re-credited with the refund amount by the U FASHION without any charge on the Credit Card. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer's account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card; or
2. Cheque or wire transfer: The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by U FASHION within ten (10) business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Customer has been approved.
* Note: If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
* Note: We shall refund the amounts only after we receive the products back and the quality check has been done & certify by our “Quality Assurance Department”
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
Product properties and wash care
Most of U FASHION's products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
Colors: We take great care when selecting the fabrics, as we want give you a quality garment. However we cannot give guarantee for color. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Fuchsia and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colors together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry clean.
Duties and Taxes
All of U FASHION orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Bangalore, India to your provided shipping address via UPS. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with UPS to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from UPS for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay UPS directly at the time of delivery. U fashion takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

No Compensation Policy:

The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:

Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification
Misuse of another customer’s phone/email
Customer uses invalid email and phone no.
Customer refuses to pay for an order
Customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order
The customer may be considered loss to business if any of the following scenarios are met:
Customer with a very high return rate
Invalid/Incomplete address cases
Repeated request for monetary compensation for petty issues
Account for the customers falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked.
Cancellation of Bulk Orders
U FASHION-an unit of PAREXCELLENCE may cancel any orders that classify as 'Bulk Order' under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by Ritukumar.com:
Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category
Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
Invalid address given in order details
Any malpractice used to place the order
Any promotional voucher used for placing the 'Bulk Order' may not be refunded
Process for Pilferage Claim
1. If a customer raises a complaint for partial item/partial orders through Customer Care
2. The customer is supposed to claim for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained.
An Email will be sent seeking/providing following information:
Short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
The snapshots of the box (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the customer)
The refund for prepaid orders will be done after investigation, which usually requires 5-6 business days. The process will include investigation with the concerned departments
The customer may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
Customer fails to provide adequate information about the case
Customer fails to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any)
If an opened delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day
Customer must not dispose the packaging for 4-5 days post-delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
