Exchange, Return and Refund policy
We take great care while selecting the fabrics and doing embroidery and stitching, as want to give you a quality product. However, an irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product.
Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can EXCHANGE it to us within 4 days from the date the order is delivered for an exchange on the full merchandise value. Alternatively, you can also exchange the product for a different size subject to the availability of the size of the product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused, with tags attached intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the item is accepted for exchange, you can make a separate purchase for the new item of the same value or of higher value.
We do not have pick up facility so the pick up will be arranged from your end with your own expenses. Please note, your parcel should reach us within 4 days from the date of purchase. If its arrived after 8 days, exchange will not considered.
Return And Refund Policy
Once goods are sold, cannot be returned and refunded. However, you can return your products and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with a 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel from beginning till end and send it to info@ufashion.in for approval.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 8 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 8 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ufashion.in.
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.
Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
No Refunds Will Be Given, If:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address is provided.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- Package refused by recipient.
